Who Needs a Personal Trainer?
Anyone can benefit!
Katie divides her clients into four categories: beginner,
intermediate, advanced and rehab.
Katie is a certified personal trainer with a Bachelor of
Physical Education.
Beginner
exercisers learn correct exercise techniques, proper use
of equipment, and healthy workout routines for YOUR OWN
BODIES. Personal training can help first-time exercisers
and re-entry exercisers.
Intermediate
exercisers often get stuck on a plateau. A personal trainer
can show YOU how to advance.
Advanced
exercisers use personal trainers for personal goal achievement.
For example, running a marathon, or special training (ex.
to enter a police force). YOUR OWN GOAL
Rehabilitation
Persons needing rehab can benefit from work with a personal
trainer. The personal trainer works with your doctor or
therapist to provide a smooth transition from rehab to regular
workouts.
Weight Loss
for persons at all levels is another benefit of personal
training. Katie will weigh you on a regular basis, monitor
your food intake, discuss diet and help you reach YOUR GOALS.
